Messina Hof's Blushing Angel Rosé is not shy when it comes to its vibrant rosy complexion and bursts of fresh strawberry flavors. The sweetness of this rosé makes it a dessert all its own, but even better when paired with light cakes or pastries.
Blushing Angel is the counterpart of Messina Hof's Angel Late Harvest Riesling. The name Angel comes from the wines' angelic sweetness, and honors the stone carvings of angels that are on the front wall of the Messina Hof winery in Bryan. Blushing Angel is fermented slowly at very cool temperatures to preserve its fruitful aromas.
